I know! I know!! EVERY Realtor will always tell you that now is a great time to buy or sell...... I get it. Weel, as a specialist sellers agent, I am more focussed on helping you sell you home, rather than trying to be all things to all people. The last 2 years have see a major slow down for sellers, as buyers retreated due to higher interest rates than recent years. Also, sellers didn't want to sell as their incredibly low interest rate would disappear when they sold so downsizing didn't apply to their new mortgage payment.
